Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026. Written so you can actually read it.
Agreement
By using ultimateplumbingok.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, close the tab. We'll survive. What we do with your data — almost nothing — is covered in the privacy policy.
What This Site Is
This site describes the plumbing services offered by Ultimate Plumbing, an Oklahoma-licensed plumbing contractor (#190465) based in Edmond. The content — symptom tables, diagnostic explanations, maintenance timelines, FAQ answers — is informational. It does not constitute a contract, a warranty, a guarantee of any specific outcome, or a binding quote. A real quote happens on-site, after a real diagnosis, with real numbers you approve before we start.
No Diagnosis by Website
We publish symptom descriptions, decade-based failure timelines, and diagnostic tables because they help you understand what's probably happening in your house. They are not a substitute for an on-site diagnosis by a licensed plumber. Plumbing fails in context — your soil, your water source, your specific pipe material, your home's age. A website can narrow the field. Only a visit can confirm the cause. Don't rip out your own pipes based on something you read here.
Pricing
This site does not publish fixed prices because plumbing complexity makes them misleading. Pipe material, depth, access, scope, time of day — all of it changes the number. We quote on-site and explain the cost before work begins. A price discussed on the phone is a ballpark. A price quoted on-site after diagnosis, accepted by both parties, is the real one.
Emergency Rates
We answer the phone 24/7 for emergencies. After-hours calls carry overtime and emergency rates, and we state those rates on the phone before a truck moves. If you approve the rate, we come. If you don't, we've still told you what the problem likely is over the phone. No dispatch fee, no sunk cost, no pressure.
Licensing
Ultimate Plumbing operates under Oklahoma plumbing contractor license #190465, issued through the Construction Industries Board under the Plumbing License Law of 1955 (Title 59, Oklahoma Statutes, §§ 1001–1023). That license means Gage passed both the trade exam and the business-responsibility exam, carries the legal liability for every job, and is subject to state oversight. You can verify it with the CIB.
Reviews and Testimonials
The reviews page quotes public Google Business Profile reviews verbatim — names, star ratings, typos, and all. We don't edit them, reword them, or stitch quotes together. Longer reviews may be excerpted for length. Every quote can be verified by searching the reviewer's name on our Google profile. We don't pay for reviews or trade discounts for them.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, photography, design, code — is owned by Ultimate Plumbing or used with permission. The job photos are from our trucks, not stock libraries. Don't copy them. If you're a competitor reading this and thinking about lifting our copy, we'll notice — and so will Google.
Limitation of Liability
This site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate, but we're plumbers, not a publishing house. Ultimate Plumbing is not liable for damages arising from your use of or reliance on information on this site. If you need legal-grade certainty about a plumbing problem, you need a licensed plumber on-site — which, conveniently, is what we do.
Links to Other Sites
We link to the Oklahoma Construction Industries Board, Google, Wikipedia, and other external sources. We don't control those sites, and we're not responsible for their content. If a link is broken, let us know and we'll fix it. We're better with pipes than with URLs, but we try.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here, with an updated date at the top. We're not going to send you a push notification about a terms update. That would be annoying.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. If there's ever a dispute — which we'd rather resolve with a phone call — Oklahoma County is the venue.
