The short version

This site has no forms, no accounts, and no ad or retargeting trackers — the one analytics tool it does use (Google Analytics) is detailed below. If you never call us, all we ever see is an IP address in a server log and anonymized traffic stats. If you do call or text 405-519-1868, we get your phone number, we use it to do plumbing work, and we never sell it. The rest of this page is the detail behind those sentences.

The short version

The company

A Plumbing Company, Not A Data Company

Ultimate Plumbing is a plumbing contractor based in Edmond, Oklahoma — Oklahoma State License #190465. This website is ultimateplumbingok.com. Gage owns the company. There is no parent corporation, no private equity fund, and no data broker anywhere in the chain. The business model is fixing plumbing and getting paid for the plumbing. Your information is not the product, and this page exists to show you the receipts on that. The rules for using the site itself live in the terms of service.

On this site

No Forms Means Almost Nothing To Collect

There is no contact form on this site. No quote-request form, no account, no login, no newsletter box, no chat widget. You cannot type your name, email, or address into this website anywhere, which means we cannot collect any of it. That isn't an oversight — it's the design. When you're ready, you call or text. Until then, you're just reading.

Two things happen at the technical level, and you should know about both. First: like every web server on the internet, ours sees your IP address and which page your browser asked for, and writes that to a technical log. We use those logs to keep the server running. They contain no name, no email, no identity — and we have no way to attach one. Second: traffic to this site passes through Cloudflare, a network service that filters bot traffic and attacks before they reach us. Cloudflare sees the same requests for the same reason. Neither of those is marketing. Both are how a website stays standing.

Tracking

Analytics: What Actually Runs On This Site

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to see how people find and move through the site — which pages help and which ones don't. That's the one third-party tool here. There's no Facebook pixel, no session recorder, no heatmap tool, and no advertising or retargeting script. Even the fonts live on our own server, so your browser never pings a font network to render this page. Here is the complete list of what runs:

ScriptWhat it doesWhat it sends
AnimationsSettles sections into place as you scroll, ticks the number counters onceNothing — runs in your browser and stays there
Menu & FAQOpens and closes the menu and the question panelsNothing
Page loaderSwaps pages without a full reload and can start fetching one when you hover a linkOrdinary page requests to our own server — no third party involved
Search engine dataA fixed block of text describing the business (license, hours, service area) so Google can read itNothing — it's text, it doesn't execute
Google Analytics 4Counts page views and basic interactions (scrolls, outbound clicks) so we know which pages actually help peopleAnonymized usage data — pages viewed, rough region, device and browser type — to Google. Never your name, phone number, or address.

If you'd rather not be counted, a tracking-blocker extension or Google's own opt-out add-on stops GA4 cold — the site works exactly the same either way. If we ever add anything beyond GA4, we'll rewrite this section before it goes live, not after.

The phone

What You Share When You Call Or Text

When you call or text 405-519-1868, you share your phone number — and that's a real exchange of data, so here's exactly where it goes. Your number lands in the call history and the message thread on our phone, the same way ours lands in yours. The phone carriers on both ends keep their standard call and text records; that part is between you and your carrier and exists for every call you make to anyone.

On our end, we use your number to schedule the job, send arrival times, and text photos of the work when that's useful. We keep the message thread, because when your other bathroom does the same thing two years from now, the history of what we found the first time helps. If we do work at your place, we also keep what any licensed contractor keeps: your name, the job address, what we found, what we did, and the invoice. Those are warranty and tax records, not marketing inventory.

What we don't do with your number: add it to a text-blast list, hand it to a lead-generation company, or trade it to a "partner." You called a plumber. You get a plumber.

Photos

Job Photos: We Shoot The Work, Not Your House

We document our jobs — the corroded fitting, the root-bound sewer line, the finished install. Those photos are how we show our work instead of just claiming it. The camera points at the plumbing. We don't photograph house numbers, mail, faces, or anything that identifies whose home the pipe lives in, and a photo that would identify your home doesn't get posted.

Before a photo from your job goes on this website or our Facebook page, we ask you first. If one is already up and you want it gone, call or text 405-519-1868 and it comes down. No form, no waiting period.

Reviews

Reviews Are Quoted With Names Because They're Already Public

The Google reviews quoted on our reviews page appear word for word, with the reviewer's name — because each reviewer chose to publish that review on a public platform where anyone with a search bar can read it. We don't edit them, polish them, or invent them. If you wrote one and want it off our site, the same number works: 405-519-1868.

Cookies

One Cookie, Maybe — And It Belongs To Cloudflare

We set no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, and nothing that makes a plumbing ad follow you around the internet for three weeks. Cloudflare, the network service in front of this site, can set a short-lived security cookie while it sorts humans from bots. That cookie is plumbing for the internet itself — it identifies a browser session to a firewall, not a person to an advertiser. There's no cookie banner here because there's nothing to consent to.

Selling data

Selling Your Data: A One-Sentence Section

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any price, ever — there is no second sentence because there is no exception.

Your rights

Your Rights, Without The Statute Numbers

You don't need a privacy law to have these rights here — they're the house rules:

  • Ask what we have. For most people it's a phone number, a message thread, and — if we did work for you — job records and maybe photos of your pipes.
  • Ask us to delete it. We'll delete anything the tax man doesn't make us keep. Invoices have to stay for the years the law requires; the rest can go.
  • Ask for a photo to come down. Done, as covered above.
  • Ask questions about any of this. You'll get an answer from the person who runs the company, not a privacy office.

One number does all of it: 405-519-1868. No request portal, no identity-verification maze, no 30-business-day processing window written by a compliance department we don't have.

Children

Nothing Here For Kids To Hand Over

This site is about plumbing and is not directed at children under 13. With no forms and no ad trackers, there is nothing here for anyone — at any age — to submit or to be sold to. We don't knowingly collect information from minors, and the site gives them no way to provide any.

Changes

If This Policy Changes

Changes show up on this page with a new date at the top. The promise that matters: if the site ever starts collecting something it doesn't collect today, this page gets rewritten before that change goes live. We won't email you about updates, because we don't have your email — see everything above for why.

Questions

Questions Go To A Plumber, Not A Legal Department

Anything on this page unclear, or anything you want checked, deleted, or taken down — call or text 405-519-1868 — that one number reaches the people who do the work. Oklahoma State License #190465.
