Straight talk

The repair you actually need costs less than the replacement they're selling.

Most plumbing companies pay their techs commission on equipment sales. The more they replace, the more they earn. That math doesn't work in your favor.

We don't sell equipment. We diagnose failures. A dripping T&P valve on a six-year-old water heater doesn't mean you need a new water heater. It means you need a part replaced — not a whole new heater.

We run a sewer camera before we quote anything. You see the screen. We show you what's actually happening inside the line — the offset, the root intrusion, the belly — and then we walk through the options. Not the option that pays us the most. The options.

If the tank is corroded through, we'll tell you that too. We're not miracle workers. But we're also not going to condemn a unit that has five good years left because we get paid more to swap it out.

Questions

Before you call — what you're probably wondering.

Is it worth fixing a 10-year-old water heater?

Depends on what's actually failing. If the anode rod is consumed and the elements are calcified, a new rod and element swap can buy you another five years for a fraction of what a replacement costs. If the tank itself is corroding from the inside — rust-colored water, puddles under the unit — that's a replacement. We'll tell you which one it is before we quote anything.

How much does it cost to get a drain cleaned in Oklahoma?

It varies by access and severity. A straightforward kitchen or bathroom drain clearing with a cable machine is on the lower end. A main sewer line stoppage that needs a camera inspection and possible hydro-jetting runs higher. What drives cost is depth, access, and whether there's a cleanout — not what we feel like charging that day. We don't do flat-rate pricing because flat-rate math always favors the plumber, not you.

Full breakdown → what actually sets a drain-clearing price

What is the difference between a clogged drain and a broken sewer line?

Slow drains in multiple fixtures, sewage smell inside the house, wet patches in the yard where there shouldn't be any, or a water bill that jumped for no reason. But here's the thing — a camera inspection tells you for certain. Don't let anyone quote you a sewer replacement based on symptoms alone. If they won't show you the camera footage, ask why.

Can I fix my own gas line?

No. Oklahoma code requires a licensed plumber for gas work, and your municipality will want a permit and inspection. A gas leak isn't a YouTube project. If you smell gas, leave the house, call ONG, and then call us.

While you wait

Find your shutoff valve.

If you've got water spraying and you're waiting for us to get there, here's what to do right now:

Main shutoff valve

Usually near your water meter at the front of the house or in the garage. Turn it clockwise until it stops. If it's a ball valve (lever handle), turn it perpendicular to the pipe.

Water heater shutoff

Look for a valve on the cold water inlet pipe going into the top of your tank. Turn it off. If it's a gas water heater, turn the gas valve to "Off" or "Pilot."

Toilet shutoff

Oval handle behind the toilet, close to the floor. Clockwise. If it won't turn (corroded angle stop), turn off the main.

We're on the way.

One number. One plumber. No runaround.

No call center. No dispatch queue. No booking fee. You call, we answer. That's how it works.
